Through digital simulation, it is possible to reproduce and analyse how a process behaves, anticipating parameters, interactions and potential critical issues.<\/p><p>For an industrial company, this means being able to <strong>simulate before building<\/strong>, turning design into a more precise, controlled and efficient process.<\/p><h2 style=\"font-size: 22px; margin-top: 34px; margin-bottom: 12px;\"><strong>Applying Digital Twin Technology to KF\u2019s Production<\/strong><\/h2><p>At Key Future, we used Digital Twin technology to <strong>simulate the monitor assembly line<\/strong>, with the aim of validating the different process parameters in advance and designing an optimised work cell.<\/p><p>The simulation made it possible to analyse key aspects of the production process in advance, including:<\/p><ul><li><strong>workstation ergonomics and component accessibility<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>compatibility with tools and equipment<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>organisation of activities and workflow<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>process performance and quality<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p>This means that work-cell design is no longer based exclusively on successive trials and modifications during implementation.
