KF Celebrates 30 Years: Innovation, People and a Strong Connection with Its Territory
Two days to celebrate an important milestone, reflect on KF’s journey and look ahead to new challenges, with a focus on people, relationships and the excellence of the local territory.
To celebrate 30 years in business, KF brought together customers, suppliers and its team for two days dedicated to the company’s history, innovation and the values that continue to drive its growth.
The programme explored two complementary dimensions: the company itself, with the technologies, processes and people at its core, and the surrounding territory, with the expertise, culture and capacity for innovation that make it distinctive.
Innovation and People: At the Heart of KF
The first day began at KF’s facilities, where the company welcomed customers and suppliers to share a closer look at the evolution of its production processes and the innovations introduced in line with Industry 4.0 principles.
Automation, technology, organisation and expertise all contribute to a shared goal: delivering quality and meeting the expectations of those who choose to work with KF. It is a journey in which technological innovation goes hand in hand with the value of people and the ability to work together.
The day continued at PalaPanini, an iconic venue in Modena’s volleyball scene. The choice reflected the importance of teamwork and the role of relationships in achieving shared goals. It also highlighted a parallel with the industrial world, where collaboration, trust and younger generations are essential to addressing future challenges.
Discovering the Excellence of the Local Territory
The second day took participants beyond the company to discover two very different organisations, united by the same attention to quality, expertise and detail.
The first stop was Caseificio 4 Madonne, where participants had the opportunity to experience one of the most representative expressions of the region’s culinary heritage: Parmigiano Reggiano and the wealth of knowledge behind its production.
The visit then continued at Pagani Automobili, where research, innovation, craftsmanship and precision come together in the creation of extraordinary cars. Two very different experiences, both demonstrating how specialist expertise, passion and attention to every detail can shape distinctive results.
Together, these visits offered an opportunity to explore a defining characteristic of the local territory from different perspectives: the ability to preserve established expertise while continuing to evolve through research and innovation.

KF’s 30th anniversary was above all an opportunity to celebrate with the people who have contributed to the company’s journey and continue to be part of it.
Customers, suppliers and the KF Team came together over the two days, making the anniversary an opportunity to strengthen relationships, share experiences and look ahead to what comes next.
