For Key Future, the Convention is the moment when the entire team comes together to pause, reflect on the journey so far and define the direction ahead.
The 2026 Convention was an opportunity to celebrate the results achieved in 2025, share the objectives for the new year and, above all, strengthen the mindset with which to face future challenges.
Because a strategy can point the way.

ONE STEP AHEAD: Training Ourselves to Look Beyond
At the heart of the day was ONE STEP AHEAD, an experiential project designed and led by Giorgio Fabbri and Roberto Ferrari, which turned communication, team building and illusionism into tools for reflecting on the way we work together.
Giorgio Fabbri, an expert in communication, personal growth and team building, brought an approach that combines storytelling, music and group dynamics.
Roberto Ferrari, illusionist and trainer, used magic as a metaphor to explore perception, train the mind and learn how to manage uncertainty.
A different language for addressing highly practical and concrete topics.
The Strength of a Team Begins with Listening
The experience centred around a fundamental question: what truly makes a team strong?
The answer lies in the ability to listen to one another, engage in dialogue and remain open to change.
During the experience, several key themes for everyday work were explored:
- active listening and alignment;
- openness to change, even when the context is uncertain;
- shared responsibility throughout the different stages of a process;
- the ability to recognise differences as a resource.
Because in an ever-changing environment, being “one step ahead” does not simply mean getting there first.
It means being able to observe what is changing, question what we already know and face uncertainty as a team.
People at the Heart of Innovation
Between moments of inspiration, play and reflection, the Convention created space to step outside the daily routine and look at how people collaborate and create value together.
It is a principle that also drives KF’s approach to innovation.
Technology, processes and expertise are essential, but no innovation can truly succeed without the people who design it, develop it and carry it forward.
That is why listening, understanding and engaging in dialogue are the first steps towards turning challenges into opportunities.
